Flair Technologies is the sales, marketing & distribution arm operating on the business principle of JIT deliveries to our global customers. Plant 6 at Pithampur, Indore was established for supply of systems and components for backhoe loaders to L & T Case Veena Industries Private Limited became a public limited company   2006   Plant V, Chakan was established as a 100% EOU for manufacture of connecting rods for Daimler Chrysler, Germany deploying laser-crack technology Veena Industries Private Limited formed a Joint Venture with Mecc Alte, UK for manufacture of Alternator assemblies. Executed first ever exports consignment to Siemens, Dubai and later to JCB, UK and EC Power, Denmark Strong emphasis was put on the development of human resources which grew to 300 staff members deployed all over India Plant III at Silvassa underwent expansion in view of the enhanced capacity of Plant II at Chakan to receive gensets & canopies for assembling Plant II at Chakan, Pune underwent a major upgradation to transform into world-class manufacturing facility. This plant holds state-of-the-art CNC laser-cutting machines, CNC press brakes, CNC turning centres and automated surface treatment & powder coating plant and welding workstations, machined components & fabricated products for the Industrial equipment, construction, off highway vehicles – Construction, Mining, Earth Moving and Material movement vehicles, automotive and wind-power energy industries   2004   In Sept 04 silent gensets acquired Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) approval under the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) norms, thereafter the capacity was enhanced to 400 units per month Achieved OEM status for supply of silent gensets in the corporate sector.
